The Egyptian Association for Community Participation Enhancement (EACPE), a member of the Independent Coalition for Elections Observation, receives complaints and queries from all Egyptian citizens, candidates and voters concerning the Legislative Elections of 2010. The complaints and queries are related to all phases of the electoral process:the registration day, electoral campaigning (propaganda), the electoral day, and until the sorting and announcing of the final results, through the operation rooms and facilitators of field monitoring:
