NDP's candidate Mr. Mamdouh Hosny (professionals) distributed financial aid and in-kind gifts among the voters during Feast prayers such as meet, gifts, and money. The gifts included of 12,000 food bags and 50 sheep. Mr. Amr Kamal, the other professionals NDP candidate, has distributed a number of sheep. Both candidates launched counter campaigns against each other, especially Mr. Kamal who used in his slogans "There is no place for strangers between us" referring to Mr. Hosny.
